In the event of a conflict, that written agreement controls over these Terms.

Engagements, Bookings & Payments

• Requests submitted through our website or communication channels are inquiries and do not create a binding engagement until confirmed in writing by the Company.
• Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement and are due as specified therein.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. The Company does not store full payment card information.
• Certain third-party costs (venues, vendors, tickets, and similar) may be non-refundable once committed on your behalf.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change terms are governed by the applicable engagement agreement. Because we coordinate time-sensitive arrangements with third parties, cancellations may be subject to fees or forfeiture of amounts already committed. We will communicate any such implications before proceeding wherever practicable.

Client Responsibilities
